JP Burns Excavating, Inc is located in Plainview, IL. Our founder, James P. Burns, started operating heavy equipment as a teenager, while working for his brother excavating residential basements. He found his knack and was very talented at it. He eventually got an owner-operator’s card in his early 20’s, rented a piece of equipment and used his hard work ethic to start his first company in November 2000.
Our company’s commitment and employees’ dedication to excellence shows through our work on each project. Over the years, we have developed the personnel (many with 25 plus years of experience), equipment and management to handle all types of heavy equipment construction.
